Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any footwear is inside its original, undamaged shoe box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
